For ACC’s new offices in Newmarket, Pelorus used a palette of fresh, simple materials to bring warmth and energy to the 1,600m² floor plate. The result is a series of vibrant, welcoming workspaces that feel open, comfortable, and easy to navigate.
Each cluster of meeting rooms is treated with its own distinct material expression. By giving these ‘blocks’ individual identities, we created the feeling of a streetscape running through the floor.
This subtle sense of journey naturally encourages movement and provides opportunities for a variety of collaborative zones along the way—places where people can pause, connect, and share ideas without leaving the flow of the workplace.
We were able to rely on them to complete their task outputs on time and to deliver documentation that was accurately detailed and well-coordinated. I have no hesitation in recommending Pelorus for the design of any type of office accommodation project.
