Capital & Coast District Health Board asked for an interior that feels calm, safe, and reassuring, helping visitors feel at ease from the moment they arrive. This was achieved through a light-filled design using a neutral palette of soft, gentle colours and simple, uncluttered finishes.

The layout was carefully planned to support privacy and dignity, with a choice of waiting areas and clear separation between consultation rooms. This allows clients to feel comfortable and reduces stress during visits. The project was delivered within a very tight budget by thoughtfully reusing elements from the previous tenant’s fitout, demonstrating how careful design decisions can create a high-quality, supportive environment without unnecessary cost.
