This fit-out was integrated with the base building works, saving time and cost for the client. This approach enabled the creation of an internal stair within a new atrium, improving visual and physical connection between the two main floors.

The splayed floor opening and cranked stair add a sense of drama while referencing the building’s diagonal structural language.

Corporate branding was carefully expressed through strong yet refined architectural details. Timber stair elements convey strength, safety and permanence, while crisp contemporary detailing and selective use of colour create a warm, modern and professional interior.

The workplace was designed around flexible working principles. Each team’s needs were closely studied, leading to simple, adaptable furniture solutions that support productivity and allow for future change. This approach was trialled in the client’s previous premises, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.

Environmental performance was enhanced through integrated lighting and air systems, internal blinds for solar control, and sustainable materials throughout. The fit-out uses minimal construction, maximises access to daylight, and allows for long-term adaptability, reducing waste over time.

Loyalty is a simple consequence of consistent performance by the supplier and that is what Pelorus has delivered over the years.
