A number of regional Inland Revenue front-of-house sites have recently been upgraded to improve safety and comfort for both staff and customers.

Physical separation and other security measures have been increased to create a safer environment.

The upgrades focus on improving the overall customer experience. There is now a greater emphasis on self-service, along with refreshed décor and updated branding, wayfinding, and information to make customer visits easier. Acoustics in customer interview areas have been improved to provide a more comfortable and private setting.

Additionally, the project took the opportunity to refresh and replace some furniture, helping to create a more welcoming, modern, and functional space for everyone who visits.
