This two-storey Kelburn villa has been carefully transformed from top to bottom while keeping its original character.
The remodel reworked the plan by removing walls, reconfiguring rooms and doubling the size of the kitchen. It also merged two small bedrooms into a generous main bedroom suite and turned the old front study into a light-filled Pilates studio.
Modern comfort is woven discreetly into the old structure, with central heating radiators in every room, skylights, solar panels and full upgrades to wiring, plumbing and double-glazed windows. The kitchen is designed for easy everyday use by two keen cooks, with a large island, concealed fridge, freezer and pantry, layered task and feature lighting, and doors opening directly to an outdoor seating area.
